l. Welcome and Apologies
The Chair, Joan McLean, welcomed all attendees to the meeting.
Apologies were received from:
Edinburgh Council representative-jackie Stewart linvited in line with the constitution but
unable to attend due to another meeting)
Tracy Baird lunable to attend at short notice)

3. Approval of the 2025 Annual Accounts
The Chalr explained that the meeting had been convened to review and approve the
charity's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the financial year ending 31 December
2025, to enable them to be signed and submitted to the relevant regulators.
The trustees confirmed that they had reviewed the accounts and were satisfied that they
presented a true and fair view of the charity's financial position.

Motion
"That the Annual Report and Finonciol Stotementsfor the year ended 31 December 2025 be
approved by the trustees and that the Choir be authonsed to sign the accounts on behalf of
the 8oardfor submission to the Office of the Scottish Chority Regulator (OSCR) and
Componies House. where applicable."

The motion was agreed by a quorum of trustees.

Decision
The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 were
unanlmously approved.
Next Steps
The Chair to sign the approved Annual Report and Finantial Statements.
The Independent Examiner's Report to be attached to the signed accounts.
The completed accounts to be submitted to OSCR within the statutory deadlines.
