The members of the Unitary Kirk Session are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which, on req&st, must reflect the financial position of the Church at that lime. This must be done to ensure that the tinancial 8tatem¢nts comply wilh the Cliarities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005, Éhe Charilies Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2006 and the Regulations Anent Congregational Finance approved by the General Assernbly of tlie Church of Scotland in 2007.
