**What the charity does:** The Barony players are a theatre drama company established 70 years ago. We stage a number of productions throughout the year for our community. We also make the theatre available for local dance and youth theatre groups.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The advancement of arts, heritage and culture through the study and performance of drama and music and the provision of a community theatre group based in the Barony Theatre in Bo'ness. 4.2 The advancement of community development through the promotion and provision of volunteering opportunities, collaborative working with local groups and providing a vibrant arts, drama and music based community hub. and 4.3 The promotion of such other similar charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
