**What the charity does:** The Barony players are a theatre drama company established 70 years ago. We stage a number of productions throughout the year for our community. We also make the theatre available for local dance and youth theatre groups.

**Objectives:** 4 The organisation is established for charitable purposes only, and in particular, the objects are: 4.1 The advancement of arts, heritage and culture through the study and performance of drama and music and the provision of a community theatre group based in the Barony Theatre in Bo&#x27;ness. 4.2 The advancement of community development through the promotion and provision of volunteering opportunities, collaborative working with local groups and providing a vibrant arts, drama and music based community hub. and 4.3 The promotion of such other similar charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined.
