## TRUSTEES REPORT 

The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their report and financial statements of the charity for the year ended 31 August 2025 

RECRUITMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEES The administration of the Trust is carried out by a committee comprising Chairperson, Treasurer, Secretary and a minimum of two other persons. All of the trustees are appointed or reappointed at the general annual meeting. 

## GOVERNING DOCUMENT 

The Trust is a charitable unincorporated body and the purposes and administration arrangements are set out in our constitution. 

## CHARITABLE PURPOSES 

Our purpose is to assist in the educational advancement of the youth who reside in the Parish of Urray, 

## ACTIVITIES AND ACHIVEMENTS 

In the year under review two grants were paid out to youth organisations in the Parish of Urray namely Marybank School Fund and Tarradale School Fund, The latest set of Accounts show a Bank balance held of £1,782.74 the disbursement of which will be decided at the Annual General Meeting in October. All income distributed is derived from the proceeds of Unit Trusts. 

## TRUSTEES REMUNERATION AND EXPENSES 

No remuneration or expenses are paid to Trustees or Clerk. 

## RESERVES 

All funds are restricted in so far as they are to be used to support the youth in the Parish of Urray. The Trust held restricted funds of £1,782 (2024- £1,909) at the year end and held investments at the market value of £44,274 (2024 - £46,048). The trustees consider the fund value will enable us to continue to support the Urray community for the forthcoming year.
