The aim of the charity is to manage and maintain the Dairsie War Memorial Hall for the use and benefit of the local community. The activities and maintenance of the Hall are overseen by a Hall Committee of seven community residents. quirements

Objectives: To acquire a site from the proprietors of the estate of Dairsie for the construction of a hall and to build the same thereon with power to enlarge improve decorate furnish and fit it up and maintain it and its pertinants and also to obtain other property in lieu of it or in addition thereto and adapt it to be used as a Public hall for meetings, lectures, concerts and other entertainments.
