Our aim is to develop and deliver a diverse range of mental and physical wellbeing services accessible to all. Whether someone enjoys: • Singing, dance, and movement • Mindfulness and relaxation • Creative activities such as knitting and art • Quizzes, word games, reminiscence sessions • Social groups, chatting, and meeting new people • Gentle physical activities such as Tai Chi or seated exercise • Practical or hands-on activities —we aim to have something for everyone. We support people aged 50+, their carers, and anyone affected by early-onset dementia, Parkinson’s disease, or other age-related conditions, ensuring individuals can access support in the way that suits them best.
Objectives: (i) the provision of recreational facilities, or the organisation of recreational activities, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the persons for whom the facilities or activities are primarily intended (n) the relief of those of need by reason of age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage
