Through a progressive pathway of development, SEE’s programmes build confidence, enhance well-being, raise attainment, and equip participants with the knowledge and skills to progress into further and higher education, and into the film, TV, and media industries. Founded in 1981 with the aim of using film education and production to develop people, support the work of partner organisations, and be at the heart of community development, SEE now has a regional and national presence across Scotland. The organisation is proud of its place within the community and its track record, and positive reputation for developing people from areas of deprivation and low-income households, as well as those living with disabilities, or from diverse backgrounds.
