Charitsble Purpose
Our purpose is to manage, control and arra￿e for the ffla1ntenan￿ and use of Lieurary Hall for broadly,
the educatKin. recreation and develoFwnent of the inhabitsrrts of the community of Westfield and
surrounding district as fvlly detsiled in our Deed of TnisL
Actlvftle5 & PAhievements
The number of private lets contlnues to be healthy wrth the main users being Lieurary Bowling Club,
WeS￿￿Id Rifie Club. NRG Dan￿ & Halkirk Rifle cl￿b.
Our main focus has been the next phase of refurblshment In the hall wtth the rnain hall being decorated
and new curtains hu￿ The kitchen unit5 ha* been installed and the bathrooms are currently being
replaced. New vinyl fh)oriTrd has also been instalw. Grdnts have been obtained from Baillie Windfami
Community Fund and West of Caithness Communty Fund.

Trustee Remuneratlon & Expenses
The trustees dld not re￿1Ve any remunerdtion or expenses durlrE the year and on the contrary as usual
many trustee5 did rKrt claim for costs incurred by them.
For the year. we had a defKit of £1￿16.58 due to vnroKe5forthe refurbishment paid. butgrant payments
not received before the year end. We had unrestricted fijnds of £7130.07 at the end of the year end and
there are restricted funds of Q32A7 held on behalfof the fo￿er Youth Club. We consider that the fvnds
of £7130.07 will enable us to contlnue to Tun and maintain our hall and to carry out any ne￿5$ary repairL
The assets held ty us are our hall and its grouNIs. With the wntents LEing principally tsbles, chairs,
crockery, 8lasses, deaning equipment. floor c<)veriw and fireproof curtains. We considerthe value of our
hall to ￿ fairty ststed at £71MXKJ.00 and thÈ contents at £14(KXXJ.(K).

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 08 February 2025 which
ale set out on pages 1 to 2.
Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the acrx)unts in
accordan￿ with the terms of the Charkies and Trustee Investrnent (Scotland)
Acl 2005 and the Charities Accounts (Scotland) Regulations 2￿. The charty
trustees ￿nSider Ihat the audit wuirement of Regulation 10(1) (d) of the
Accounts Regulations does not appty. 11 is my reswnsibility to examine the
accounts as required under section 44(1) (c) of the Ad and state whether
particular matters have come to my attention.
Basis of independent examine￿5 statement
In the coutse of my examination, no matter has come to my attention
1 which gives reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the
requirements:
to keep accounting records in accordance with Section 44(1) (a) of the
2005 Act and Regulation 4 of the 2006 Aco)unts Regulations. and
to prepare accounts which accord with the accounting records and comply
with Regulation 9 of the 2(K)6 Acxounts Regulations
Have not been met, or
2 to which. in my opinion. attentron should be drawn in order to enable a proper
understanding of the accJ)unts to be reached.
