We began the year with our annual new members night wheie we gained a significant number of
new members. We had several actwtty nl8hts Includln8 'foO￿oir and ihe reinir(xluction of our club
day out. We hosted our first ever ladie¥ day Whe￿ we raised a great amount of money for charity.
The Club held its annual dinner d3nce in Febnjary 2025.

The club took part in the Grampian Ralw, and stOckj￿81ng Whe￿ we secured some great results.
The club won many industrial pri￿5 throughout the summer including I" prizes for our display
boards. The highlights of the year included the ladbes day. the ￿1St night, and our Christmas dub
meal OUL At the RNAS Spring Show. one of our tearn5 took first prize and

Plans for the futuye
We hope to be able to continue hosting meetings and competitions aNI gain new members. We
would also hope to run our ladies day again in November.

Vale of Alft)rd JunK)r Wicultural aub holds reserves of £12,678.53 at 01 March 2025. Thi5 is an
increase of £2.338.89 fron) 01 March 2024. This increase is due to the addttion of our charity ladles
day fundraiser and the improved turn out at the annual dinner dance..

The charitys twstees are responsible for the preparation Oft￿ accounts in accordance with the
terms of the Chartties and Trustee Investment {Scotlandl 2(￿5 Act and the Charities Accounts
(Scotlandl Regulations 2(K6. The charitvs management committee consider that the audit
requirement of RegUlat￿n 10111 Id) of the Accounts Regtjlations does not app￿. It is my
responsibility to examine the accounts as required under section 44(1) Icl of the Act and to state
whether particular matters have come to my attention.

My examination is carried out in accordan￿ with Regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts {Scotla￿lI
Regulations 2(X)6. An examination indudes a review of the accounting ￿COrdS kept by the charity
and a CDmparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts afKI seeks explanation from the trustees concerning
any such matters. The procedures undertaken not provKle all eviden￿ that would be
req¥Jired in an audit and. consequentty, I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
I have carrled out such investigations a5 were necessary to enable fT)e to fomi an opinion as to
whether proper accountirE recor(ts adequate for the purpose5 of the Charlty have been kept and
the financial statements of the Charity were in accordance wrth the accounting records.
