**What the charity does:** WE MANAGE THE RUNNING OF ST MARGARET'S EPISCOPAL CHURCH, NEW GALLOWAY AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS UPKEEP, THAT OF THE NEXT DOOR RECTORY AND FOR THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT OF OUR CONGREGATION AND THE WHOLE LOCAL GLENKENS COMMUNITY.  WE WORK CLOSELY WITH OUR SHARED PRIEST IN CHARGE ON A REGULAR BASIS AND MEETINGS OF THE VESTRY ARE HELD EVERY TWO MONTHS.  WE HOLD FUND-RAISING EVENTS IN THE CHURCH ITSELF AND IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.  WE HOLD JOINT EVENTS WITH THE CHURCH OF SCOTLAND.  ALL ARE WELCOME ALWAYS.
