Camera Club (£2,900) St. Andrew's Ffftrst Aid for the provision of Emergency First Aid Training Reserves.. While the Trustees would normally aim to hold 6 months operating Costs in general reserves, the loss of prime rev¢nue has meant we have had to use capital reserves to meet our running costs. This presents a critical risk lo the continuing developinent plans. As well as continuing to progress funding application for the redevelopment of the Institute, our priority will be to seek continuing grant funding to support core costs. The Trustres are hope1 that through successful grant applications, this situation will soon be reversed and all efforts will be applied by the Trusiecs and our consultants to secure the ¢apital ndIng rcquired to renovate the Institute. signcd on iheir behalf.
