The trustee. narnely G G & B Nominees Limited, 18 th8 nomln88 ￿MpanY of Gllle$pl8 Glfford &
Brown LLP whose partners are also directors of GG&B Nominees Limitad. Gillespie Gifford &
Brown LLP undertake the adminislralion etc of the Trust and charge a fee for this sefvice. No
separate fee is charged by GG& B Nominees Llmited.

Déspite fluctuations from year lo year in the level of surplus or d8ficll. w8 ¢X)nllnue to hold 8 healthy
balance in reserves, which will enable us to continue our actiwtles without falter. There was a
surplus for the year 01 £615 (2023: surplus £714). At the year er#J. Ihe charlty held unrestricted
funds of £25,585.
The charity holds investments. the income from whtch suppc*ts ts objaets. The unrÈstri¢t6d funds
represent income earned but Th)t yet utilised.

Th8 charity's committee members are responsible for the prepardtion of the a￿Ounts in
accordance with the terns of The Charities and Trustee Investment (Scollandl Act 2005 and The
Charities Accounls (Scotland> Regulaiions 2006. The chartty committee members consider that
the audit r8qulrem8nt of Regulation 10(11(d) of th& Accounts Regulations does not apply. It is my
responsibility to exami￿ the accounts as required uThler Section 44(1 Xcl of the Act and to state
whether particular matters have com6 to my attents'on.

My examinatlon is carrled out in accordance wilh ReguLqtion 11 of the Charttles Accounts
{Scotland} Regulations 2006. An examination indudes a review of the accounting records kèpt by
the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented wth those records. It also includes
consideration of any unusual items or dlsclosures in thé accounts. and seeks explanations from the
