Objectives: They shall establish and administer a fund to be known as the 'Principal MacLean Memorial Fund' for payment of the income and such part of the capital as the Trustees shall from time to time determine for the benefit or the student community studying at Paisley College of Technology in general accordance with the advice of the Principal of the College for the time being. They shall divide the remaining of the said means and estate equally between the People's Dispensary for Sick Animals and the Cats' Protection League, and in connection with the foregoing bequest the Trustees are instructed to apply the first and readiest funds available to them and the whole of such further funds as shall from time to time be available which shall in their judgement not exceed three quarters of the said residue of the estate for the said 'Principal MacLean Memorial Fund.'
