## Activities

**Purposes:** 'the advancement of citizenship or community development'

**What the charity does:** We are a charity dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people through the power of the horse. Many of those we support face challenges such as poor mental health, neurodivergence, trauma, or exclusion from education. Through equine-facilitated learning, therapeutic programmes, supported volunteering, and accredited training, we provide opportunities to build confidence, resilience, and life skills in a safe, nurturing environment. Our unique approach helps young people develop positive relationships, re-engage with school or training, and feel a valued part of their community. We exist to give every young person the chance to reach their potential.

**Beneficiaries:** 'Children or young people'

**Objectives:** The company's objects are: i. To establish , maintain and manage a service for young people throughout the Scottish Borders who , because of the difficulties they are experiencing, could benefit from such a service. ii. To meet the needs of these young people through a flexible range of responses, including but not limited to, group activities, befriending and mentoring, to encourage them away from negative behaviour.
