Our Parent Council works to support and enhance the education and well being of all pupils in our school. We do this by strengthening the partnership between families, the school, and the wider community. We represent the views of parents, provide a forum for discussion, and work collaboratively with staff to improve the school experience for every child. We also organise events, fundraising activities, and initiatives that help provide additional resources, enrich learning opportunities, and build a positive, inclusive school community.
Beneficiaries: 'Older People'
Objectives: The objects of the Association are: (1) To advance the education of pupils of Georgetown Primary School by providing and assisting in the provision of facilities for education at the School (not normally provided by the Local Education Authority) and as an ancillary thereto and in furtherance of this object the Association will (a) Foster more extended relationships between the staff, parents and others associated with the school (b)Engage in activities which support the School and advance the education of pupils attending it.
