Saint John the Baptist Episcopal Church 1$ an unincorporated a5SOCl81ion and dependent
church of Al Saints Episcopal Church Buckle, governed by Constitution dated 11 January,
2000. For th8 purposes ol ¢harilies law. the mernbers of the Vestry ar¥ Charity Trustees
of the Church. The Church 1$ a member congregation of the Diocese of Abgr¢Jeen and
Orkney in the Scottish Episcopal Church. Thè Bishop of Aberdeen and Orkney has pastoral
oversight of all congr8galions within the Diocese, and all congregation$ are subject to the
Code of of the Scottish Epi8eopal Chur¢h. The Tnernbers of the V8Stry are elect8d
at the Annual Generèl Meeting. They normally hold offi¢e for th￿e years, and are eligible for
r8-8lectvn after that period of ts'me. The Lay Represenlalive who represent5 the church at
Diocesan Synod 18 electsd annually by the18y members of the cOng￿gatIOn gt the Annual
General MeetiThJ. Th8 Vsslry SeGrelary and Tre85urer are appointsd by th¥ Vestry. The
P￿*St-ln-Char9e is apkK)inted by the Bishop of the DI￿Se in ¢on5ultation with the Vestry.
The Priest-in-charge is r88ponsible for the spiritual affair5 of the church and for matters
liturgical. It is the duty of the Ve5ty to manage the temporal affairs ol the congregations.

Congregational giwng continued at a similar level as In 2023124. wth the bulk of income
ing relum on investment in the Scottish Episcopal Church Unft Trust pool. The balance on
the G8n8ral Fund a$ at 30 September 2025 wa5 £2,310, 811 held in c2sh at the bank. In
addition St John's bank account holds fund$ of £1.205 as an agent of Al Saint5 relating to
the Paying Officer account of All Saints church.
St Johns also h88 Invg$tments in the S¢ottish Episeopal Church Unrt Trust Pool worth
£76,655 85 at 30 S8pl8mb8r 2025.
