I report on the accounts of the tharity for the year ended 30 lune 2025. which are set out in the
attached Twste& Annual ReportaDdAccouDt&
Respective Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner
The chari￿s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts ID accordance with the
ternis of the Charities and Tn￿ee Investtnent (Scotland) Att 2005 and the Charities Accounts
(Scotland) ReEulations 2006 (as amended).
The charity's tn￿tee5 consider that the audit requiretnent of Regulation 10(I)(a) to (c) of the 2006
Accounts Regulations do&5 not apply. It is my responsibility to ex3mine the accounts as required
under section 44(1)(c) olthe Art and to state whether particular matters have come to my
attention.
Basis of Independent Examinerfs Statement
My examination was carried out in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Ch2rities Accounts
(Scotland) Regulations 2006 (as amended). An examination indudes a review ofthe accounting
records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
The procedures undertaken do not provide 211 the evidence that wouId be required in an audiL and
consequently no OPiDiOll is given as to whether the accounts present a'true and fair view.
Independent Examiner's Statement
In the course of my examination. no rnatterhas come to my attention:
