Thts completed in October 2021 the appoinlment of fve new Deacons who joined the exisling four EknJe￿ on SLT and also b&￿me Trustee8. The SLT set up sub-groups to ￿nSthr the p058ible Sa￿ of the church manse aThJ lo pursue the pro￿$5 of the church charoing its legal status from UVA to a SCIO as agreed at the AGM back in 2019. A doasion was made by the church 10 Sell ￿ manse aTrJ this was completed in Juty 2022. As noted above the church h•s become a SCIO wilh a lomlal Irarffjfer date of 30 Seplener 2022. During the year, we have had many encauragements 8nd have seen number of people frcyn the l¢xal area coming alon9 to the thurch. Our toddlers group is flourishing again 8TrJ is mettting Iwo momings a ￿eek ￿ryth around 30 children attending on l)olh days. Remarkably our'momings of Grace. devolionals which started in March 2020 are stsll running on weekday momings from &8.30am. We c(mtinue to have a mmthty Joint Branch Group on Its first Wednesday ol each month vthere the whole church meets t(yJeth8r. Recentty have taundHI small groups on the second and fourth Wedn88day's and a RevNal Prayer meetin9 on the 3rf Fnday of the month. We have also enjoyed joint Prayer events wrth other local Baptist churches arKI continue to parbwate in v8TrJus events or9anised by the Baptist Union ol Scotland mo81 n¢)tsbty the 'Canopy' gathering in the summor. Memtxrs of our new SLT part￿ipated in the final 8e$stons of Lead Academy Ileadershp development programme run by the BaptK8t UnK)nl which took pla￿ in May arKI November 2022. We have I￿(￿j very benefioal for our leadership team. During 2022. noted the growing development and contribution of Pastor and lo ts ministry and leadership of the church aThJ he was fomally ac¢redit&l by the Bapbst Union of Scotland in May 2022. In December 2022, the thurth voted ovep*hekningty to apF>oint Rev IM￿aS our Minister.

General expenses £20.666 {2021- £17.865} accounted for 35% (2020 - 27%) of regular income and the remairKier was used to support minist￿. other Charities (includirvj the Baptist Union of Scotland) and lo help indNKluals in need.
