I reported on the accounts of Howden Pre School playgroup for the year ending 31 July 2023

As members of the commlttee you are responsibleforthe preparation of the accounts and would
contemplate the playgroup being exempt from audit. This is in accordance wlth the terms of the
Charities and Tru5tee5 Investment (Scotlandl ReBulatiDns 20ChS.
It is my responsibility to exarnine the prepared and, after examining the accounts, report my
conclusion/opinion.

My conclusion is carried out in accordance with regulation 11 of the Charities Accounts (Scotlandl
Regulations 2006.
My work conslsted of comparing the accounts with the accountlng records kept by the playgroup. I
made the necessary enquirie5 to the playgroup committee as I Considered necessary for this report.
The procedures provide only assurance expressed only in my opinion.

sessions. heing that our waiting list al this point was so loiig. This began on 30 January to the
