**What the charity does:** The Lyceum is a charity established to provide public benefit as Edinburgh's principal producing theatre with a mission to create and present extraordinary theatre for the people of Edinburgh and the world by telling life enhancing stories, engaging our communities and bringing people together. we produce or own season of work either on our own or co-produced with other partners. this programme of work is enhance by a range of other visiting productions, and one off performances  from a range of artists including comedians, writers and other performers. We have a range of participatory and engagement programmes which include our long-running Lyceum Youth Theatre and our 60+ programme. In addition to the work we producing in Edinburgh we tour our productions to other parts of the UK and when the opportunity arises we tour internationally as well.
