**Objectives:** On the death of the longest liver of the said Jessie Willis, Duncan Barclay, Colin Barclay and James Barclay I direct my Trustees to divide the residue of my estate into two equal shares and to continue to hold the said shares and deal with them as follows: (One) to apply the income from the first half share or such proportions thereof as my Trustees consider reasonable (on which point their decision shall be unchallengeable) for the benefit of poor or indigent people residing in the Village of Glencoe in Argyllshire. I direct that this income be paid without respect for creed or occupation but I desire that preference be given to old and single people and those who, because of infirmity are unable to work and (Two) to pay the free income from the second half share equally among the children of the said Colin Barclay, and to the survivor and survivor of them, declaring that on the death of the longest liver of the children of the said Colin Barclay, my Trustees shall reunite the said half share of my estate with the first half and thereafter apply the income from my whole estate for the benefit of poor people residing in the Village of Glencoe in the same way as I have directed them to deal with the income from the first half.
