Declaring with reference to the foregoing purposes hereof, that it is my wish that the Trustees in expending the income and capital of the Trust estate shall expressly keep in mind the relief of poverty and in furtherance of religion and education, but the foregoing declarations shall be without prejudice and to the full and complete discretion of the Trustees to administer and dispose of the Trust Estate for such purposes as are charitable in Law and to such Institutions, Societies, Foundations or Funds, as are charitable in Law in accordance with the Trust purposes hereof.
