**Objectives:** Directed us as the Will Trustees to realise pay and divide his residuary estate both capital and interest in accordance with Clause Fifth of the said Will and provided that five per centum of the residuary estate be paid by the Will Trustees upon Trust to be invested in the name of the Minister for the time being of the Church of Scotland of the Village of Rosehearty, Aberdeenshire, and such two other persons as he the said Minister should select as Trustees to apply the income of such invested money in such manner as they might think best for the relief of the poor of be said Village and after such investment had been made the Will Trustees should be under no further obligation in the matter and provided always that the cost of preparation of any Trust Deed that might be necessary i.e. borne out of the capital of the Fund.
