**What the charity does:** The hall is to be used for meetings, lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. The expenses of creating and administering the Trust, and any tax payable on relation the Trust, shall be met in priority to all other payments and transfers of assets out of the Trust Property.

**Objectives:** The said subjects and the building erected thereon (hereinafter referred to as 'the Trust subjects') are dedicated and shall be held by us and our successors as Trustees in all time coming for the purposes of a Community Hall for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Kilfinan without distinction of political, religious or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.
