The Edinburgh International Book Festival is a global gathering point for creativity, connection and critical thought. We deliver an annual Festival in August and a year-round Communities programme.
Objectives: To promote the reading of, study, appreciation and knowledge of books and all forms of literature and to stimulate and educate public interest in these and other related literary, educational and cultural fields and for these purposes to mount exhibitions and ·other events whether in premises owned by the Company or elsewhere
