It is an innovative, people led organisation delivering free, impartial, confidential, holistic, high quality advice and wrap around support to clients who reside, work or study in our local community. In response to the needs of wider community, we deliver a portfolio of North-, Lanarkshire wide regional specialist projects and national partnership projects to complement our local generalist advice offering. The charity's activities are underpinned by twin aims: to ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them or through an inability to express their needs effectively.
