**What the charity does:** Advancement of education, health, community development, arts, heritage, ,culture, provision of recreational activities, eg exercise classes, table tennis groups & choir helping to improve the lives of members of the community. The hall is hired out for village events, eg, Flower Show Craft Fairs, Wedding Receptions, Anniversary & Birthday parties, Funeral Teas, Quiz Nights and Conferences. We manage the booking system and ensure that the hall is set up for a safe and secure use for the purpose of the hirers.

**Objectives:** UPON TRUST to apply the Trust Fund, subject as aftermentioned in erecting any building on the site already gifted to them and in fitting up the same as the Trustees may think desirable for the purposes of a Village Hall.
