**What the charity does:** We are an artist run organisation which aims to promote and encourage experimentation and the 'adventurous spirit' in Scottish art. Its main space for annual exhibitions has been the Royal Scottish Academy in Edinburgh. Full details of our recent activities are included in the President's Report in our Annual Accounts.

**Objectives:** The object of the Society is to foster a taste for Art, by holding Exhibitions and by encouraging intercourse among those connected with and interested in Art.
