Recrultment and Appolntment of Trustees
Members of the Kirk Session are the chanty trusleeg. The Kirk Segslon members are the elders of the church and ara
chosen from those members of the church who are ¢onsKlered to have the appropriate grfts and ski116. The minister.
is a member of the lQrk Session. is elected by the congregation and inducted by Presbytery.
Organlsatlonal Strurture
In 2024, Sandyhills Parishchurch moved from a Mod81 c￿$b¢￿tIOn to a Unilary Consbbjlion. Tho Klrk Sossion meets
approximatety 6 b'mes a year and is chaired by the minister. Certain responsibilitses are delegated to the Finance
Commillee and the Prwrty Committee a5 appropriate. Under the Unrtary Consbtubon have set up several
committees to deal wth a numter of roles previousty covered by the Congregational Board. th88e o)mmiliee8 meot as

through a territorial ministy. It Cowoperates with other Churches in vari)us ecumtnK￿ Lyxlies in Scodand and beyond.
Serylces of worship are hekl every Sunday at 10.30am in the Sanciuary, ￿ al80 eontinue to provide an on4ine
live servTh for those are unable tojoin with us in worship. we also provide a pc*lcast of each ￿￿k'S semon. We
hold a mnthty pravse and testimony evening whth is held on the first Sunday of e￿h month and at the beginning of
the year we wn an Alpha courne to encourage members of the congregation and others to expkjre Christianty.
We have an online mid week prayer meeting held Wednesday * 7'.30am, our Youth group meet in the manse on
Sunday evenings and have 2 youth clubs on Friday evenings. There are alf4) three house gTOUPS currenty running,
meet fac* to face and the ¢)ther group c4)ntsnue to rneet online.
