**What the charity does:** To maintain and enhance Highland Perthshire's great musical tradition, particularly fiddle music both old and new, playing as an orchestra and giving public performances.

**Objectives:** The object of the Society shall be the advancement of education by the cultivation and improvement of public taste in Traditional Scottish Music, especially Highland Strathspeys and Reels, and by the preservation of the skills required to perform the same. In order to achieve this object the Society may perform this music in private and in public and may do all things necessary and desirable for the attainment of this object.
