The Presbytery plan was top of our agenda during 2022 and we were bappy to agT¢e to a union with Palmerston Ploce Church. We had several meetings at the stsrt of the year with them to disc how it would work and we werE joxnedby cldets and the minister ftom Murrayfield at some meelill8s. Our youth tram have fornicd relationships with th¢ youth team at Palmerstsrt Place and som¢ joint ventures have taken place. Our Treasurer5 have met on a couple of occasions and so has ministy teams. We were invit¢d to a weekend away with Pa]mu&on Place to Lendrick Muir where some of ow congregation enjoyed a lovely weekend away. elders ¢nioyed a r¢13xed infotmal light supper together in Saltyard in November. There was a joint sernice iti Febnwy 2023, enjoyed by a]1. The Fellowship restarted this ye4r and bave enjoyed fellowship on a Monday afternoon with several guest 5peaker5. They wett able to go on theiT Annual Outiug to thc Kelpies followed by lunch. The sales were followed by our prayer meeting at Doon and were well attended and very worthwhile. Sdltyard remains to be our ti1n outreacb ond has become very busy this year, with new customer5 ond new volullteer& It has been good to welconK some of the conggatiOn from Palmerston Place. The total inctime for 2022 was £162,745, compared to £157,444 in 2021 an increase of 3.4¥0. A]though there is an overall incr¢as4 there is a decrease in the donations we have received. Offerings and Gift Aid decreased from £90.698 to £59,482. This reduction is partially due to special efforts made in 2021 to recover from the effects f the Covid pandemi4 but a con¢¢rn none the less. Café sales at Saltyard increased froxn £10.647 to £49.204 as it was Irading for a full year. ¢ompated to the three month5 last yeAr due to tbe Covid lockdowL Diadem ld a few regular hall lets thi5 year.
