Paragon is dedicated to facilitating creative opportunities for people who face barriers to accessing the arts in Scotland. Through its one-to-one mentoring programmes and group workshops, it produces nurturing environments whereby participants devise, develop and perform their own new artistic work. Our unique approach to creative learning which we term ‘inclusive practice’ aims to transform lives by offering bespoke, person-centred pathways for personal and professional development. Our vision of inclusion is one whereby people with a wide range of additional support needs, and anyone who may be excluded from participating, can freely access and explore their creative voice. Operating from hubs in Glasgow, Dumfries and Galloway, and Lanarkshire, Paragon is committed to developing and supporting new artists and audiences throughout Scotland and internationally. We are a team of highly skilled music and dance practitioners and have a growing roster of emerging artists in Scotland.
