(3) To collect all necessary.information, and to distribute it in such ways as may, in the judgment of the Association, best advance the Rotary movement. (4) To promote the spirit of fraternity, and harmony amongst the Rotary Clubs and their members, and to co-operate in all possible ways in the extension and development of Rotary throughout the world.
