Our aims are as follows · To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Aberlemno and its surrounding area without distinction of gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, or political opinions. It shall do this by associating together the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations and groups in a common effort to advance education, and to provide, or assist in the provision of, facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants. · To maintain and manage the Hall (whether alone or in co-operation with any local authority or other person or body) in furtherance of these objects. · To promote such other charitable purposes as may from time to time be determined by the Committee.

Objectives: For the purpose of physical and mental training and recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreation or otherwise as may be found expedient for the inhabitants of the Parish of Aberlemno in the County of Angus and its immediate vicinity without distinction of sex or of political, religious or other opinions subjects to the provisions of these presents.
