The purpose of the Trust shall be to provide a Leisure and Recreation Centre on a site owned by the District Council at Titchfield Street, Kilmarnock. to encourage the widest use of the recreation facilities provided by residents within and visitors to Kilmarnock and Loudoun District. to provide facilities for the development of sport including coaching and training. to ensure that young persons, the disabled and minority and underprivileged social groups have access to the facilities on reasonable terms and otherwise to promote leisure and recreational activities within the District of Kilmarnock and Loudoun.
