**Objectives:** The Organisation is a non-profit distributing charity whose principal objective is to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Auchtermuchty, Fife and its environs (herein referred to as the &#x27;neighbourhood&#x27;) without distinction, associating the local statutory authorities, voluntary organisations and inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities, in the interest of social welfare, for recreation and other leisure-time occupation, available to the members of the public at large, so that their conditions of life may be improved. (b) to establish or to secure the establishment of a Community Centre (hereinafter referred to as &#x27; the Centre&#x27;) and to maintain and manage such a Centre for activities promoted by the organisation and its constituent bodies
