To achieve this the charity holds property and investments which are managed under the guidance of the Trustees to provide regular income which is distributed in accordance with the charity's purposes, as described.

**Objectives:** (1) For public religious educational or charitable purposes to promote, establish, develop, expand, contribute to support and maintain facilities, projects, schemes and institutions of all kinds for the benefit of the community and without prejudice to the generality to make payments to persons in need of relief from poverty or distress, and in need of grants for religious and educational purposes. (2) To establish, maintain, support and manage or aid in the establishment, maintenance, support and management of any associations, institutions, agencies, funds or other conveniences calculated to assist, directly or indirectly in the promotion and attainment of the objects of the Company and established for religious educational and charitable purposes, and to undertake any trusts, gratuitously or otherwise, that may seem desirable for such objects.
