ACA's primary mission is to promote the advancement of education, protect both mental and physical health, and alleviate poverty within Alness and its surrounding districts. This is achieved by uniting voluntary organizations and residents in collaborative efforts to address these objectives .? The association engages in a variety of activities aimed at fostering community development and cultural enrichment ?

Objectives: To promote for the benefit of the community resident in Alness and District (hereinafter called the 'neighbourhood'), the advancement of education, the protection of good health, both mental and physical, and the relief of poverty, by a) associating voluntary organisations and residents of the neighbourhood in a common effort to achieve the above Objects. b) Co-operating with local statutory Authorities in the maintenance and management of the Averon Centre, Perrins Centre and Crawl Park, for activities in furtherance of the objects of the company, and by co-operating in a like manner with such other community centres and facilities as may be established in the neighbourhood with a view to furthering the objects of the company.
