APPENDIX 1 Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the financial period There continues to be a drop off in the number of groups and in some cases the number of users in groups except for the Bridge Club which has increased its numbers. Financial review Brief statement of the charity's policy on reserves The Semple Centre building ( owned by the Charity) itself is very elderly having been built in 1879 and so it is important to hold adequate financial reserves for unexpected maintenance cost which will arise.
