Income from all sources as report8d has shown a decrease of £5,156 and totals £65,338 12024: £70,494). Expenditure was incurred on raising funds and direct charitable costs. The total costs decreased from £66.657 in 2024 to £55,276 in 2025. Following a revaluation of the investment Portfolio al 30 September 2054 an unrealised inv&siment gain of £66,60712024.' unrealis&d gain ol £143,612) was recorded. The Balance Sheet on page 7 reports the financial position ol the Society as at 30 September 2025. Investment policy 8nd objective$ The trustees have the power 10 rnake any Investment that complies wth the ChaTilies and Trustee Investment (Scotlandl Act 2005. The trustees seek to generate sullicient incomè 10 allow the Society lo lullill its objectives whilst maintaining the capital value of the portfolio. The investment performance being reviewed regularly by the tfUSt&es. For the year ended 30 September 2025 the trustees are satisfied with the level ol Income return as achieved. Reserves policy 11 is the policy ol the trustees to maintain the free reserves ol the Society, al a level sufficient to support the current activities in the event ol a significanl drop in income before replacement income is found. Free reserves being Ihose unrestricted funds not tied up in fixed assets. Such restrryes total £1,941,151 as al 30 Sepiember 2025 and as such the trustees are satisfied with this position.
