Scottish Chanty operab.ng under its Trust Deeds. The Trustees. applicakn.on to change Gospel Literature
Outreach Charitable Trust {SC0073551 legal status from an unincoipKv*ed enb.ty to a Scottish Charilable
Incorporated Organisation (SCIO} vrds approved by OSCR on 24 October 2019 and GLO Europe was
registered as a new Scotbsh Chanty (No. SC049681}.
The pr(w lo trar￿ Gospel Lrterature Outreach Charitat4e Trust assets to GLO Europe has taken
numberol years to complete Ixrt the Trustees are please(J to afvise that this was completed on 23 May 2022.
Therefore, for year eThJing 31 December 2025 rn activity was cavried txrt by Go* Literature Outreach
Charrtable Trust and no annuJ accounts are I￿luded wtth this Trustee Rewrt. All bank accounts assoryated
with the chanty are now dosed and rt would be the Intentson of the Tnjstees to fvlly dose the charity by 31
December 2026 to allow the charty to be removed from the registrar.

missionary projects.
