Promote human rights: we provide people with the information, understanding and capacity needed to exercise their legal rights, ensuring they do not suffer through lack of knowledge or an inability to express their needs effectively. •	Tackle poverty: we support those in need by assessing entitlement to social support and assisting them in claiming appropriate financial assistance, as well as providing guidance on reducing debts and household expenses.
