The charity was set up to glorify God and to work for the advancement of Christ's Kingdom locally and throughout the world. This is achieved through prayer, weekly services, pastoral care, community events and meetings to encourage fellowship, education of young people in the community through Sunday Club, Messy Church, helping Scripture Union in the local school, donations to local charities such as food bank, toys and gifts at Christmas for distribution by Glasgow City Mission and the Salvation Army, donations further afield to missionaries, Samaritan's purse Christmas boxes and other worthy causes approved by the Church of Scotland.
