**What the charity does:** This charity was set up to provide regular donations to charities chosen by trustees. Historically we have mainly supported children's charities across Scotland, but are open to all worldwide charities, especially those connected to children's issues. We sometimes have a surplus in a year, but generally over distribute the following year.

**Objectives:** The Trustees shall hold manage and administer the Trust Estate as a Charitable Trust for the purpose of making donations or subscriptions or grants or payments or benefits in any other way from the income and if thought fit also from the capital of the Trust Estate to such charitable bodies or organisations or purposes as the Trustees may decide which are recognised at the time of payment as charitable by the Comissioners of Inland Revenue.
