The finan¢lal slaleménls hava been prepared in accordance with the Charlty's govamlng document, the
Companies Act 2006 th& Charllles and Trustee Investment (Scollandl Act 2005, th8 Charities Accounts
{Scollandl Regulations 2006, FRS 102 The Financial Reporting Sl3ndard 8ppli¢abla IN the UK and Republi¢
of Ireland and the Charities SORP Accounting and Reporting by CharMe¥.' Statement of Recommended
PractSc& applicablo lo ¢harilles preparfng their accounts in accordance with the Flnancial Reportlng Standard
applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 102}. The Char￿Y Is a Public Benefit Entity as thfined by
FRS 102.
The ffnancial slalem8nls are prepared in sterling, which is the fun¢tlonal currency of the Charty. Monetary
amounts in these financial statements are rounded to the nearest £.
The financlal statements have been prepared under the hlstorlcal cost convention modilted lo include
Investment properties and certain financial instruments at fair value. Th& princlpal accounting polirAes adopted
are 88t out below.

the Charity becomes enlllled to the income, il is probabla that il will be received and the amount bo

Income from school fees represents ￿lts0n fees recelved in raspect of children attendlng Ce(Jars School In the
