To encourage the appreciation of art in Scotland and beyond, to showcase the artist's work by organising exhibitions and to organise artists residency opportunities.
Objectives: The object of the Society shall be the promotion of interest in Art and particularly in the work of Women Artists fostering this interest by such means as the holding of Exhibitions and other functions periodically. The Scottish Society of Women Artists welcomes the best exponents of every trend of Art, traditional and contemporary.
