As a result of these procedures, we considered ￿ op￿rtunItieS that may exist within the
organisation for fraud and identified the greatest ￿tentral for fraud in rektion to revenue reayjnition.
In common with all audits under ISAS (UK), we are a150 required to perfom speafic procedures to

We also obtained an understanding of the *al and regulakny frameworks that the Charity 0￿rateS

We also communicated relevant identif￿d laws and regulations and potential fraud risks to all
engagement team memters and remained alert to any irKlications of fraud or noncc*nplIan￿ with
laws and regulations througlb)ut the audit.
Due to the inherent limitatKM)s of an there is an Unavoidab￿ risk that we may not have
detected some material misstatements in the financial statements, even though we have proper
planned and performed our audrt in accordan￿ with auditing stsndards. For example, as with any
audit, there remained a higher risk of rK)n-detection of irregularities, as these may involve collusion,
forgery, intentional omissions, m¢srepresentstions, or the override of intemal controls. We are not
reswnsible for preventing fraud or non<0mplian￿ with Laws and regulations and cannot be expthl
