**Objectives:** (a) To promote the wellbeing of the community in that part of Kirkcaldy District kown as Chapel and its environs by combining the Kirkcaldy District Council and the residents in a common effort to provide and maintain a meeting place and facilities for recreational, educational, and social activities, to foster a community spirit for the achievement of these and such other purposes as may by law be deemed to be charitable with the object of improving the conditions of life and environment for the said inhabitants (b) To establish, maintain and manage a Neighbourhood Centre for activities promoted by the Management Comittee and its constituent members in the furtherance of the above objectives or any one of them (c) The Neighbourhood Centre shall not be identified with any Political Party, Social Group or Sect.
