**Objectives:** The Association is established for charitable purposes only (in this constitution referred to as 'the Objects'). In particular the Objects shall be: 3.1 to advance education among the residents of the Area of Benefit (the 'beneficiaries') through the development and implementation of programmes of community education for the said beneficiaries. and 3.2 to advance citizenship and community development within the Area of Benefit through the operation of a community education centre for the benefit of the said beneficiaries.
