The group runs twice a week, usually runs outdoors, to help children and their grown-ups build confidence in an outdoor setting, with an indoor option available if required to ensure sessions can run whatever the weather. Some of the expected benefits of encouraging outdoor play include building confidence, being physical, using imagination, being creative, learning about the environment, emotional growth, and having fun!
